Better connected
with superior broadband
Our high power broadband is delivered to each business via direct fibre connection to the local exchange. This means that the speed and availability remain the same throughout each day and no matter how many people or devices are accessing the system.
Each business has its own guaranteed bandwidth which doesn’t have to be shared with anyone else, and bespoke matching upload and download speeds can be provided. For a business such as a photographer’s studio, the knowledge that digital images can be uploaded, downloaded and stored via the power and convenience of cloud technology is as vital as any other utility, and we make sure we provide it.

Photography Studios: FAQ's
A photography studio is a controlled, indoor workspace, in which professional photographs are produced; the photography studio refers to the setting where photographs are both taken and edited. Modern photography studios refer to light and open studios equipped with the latest props, backdrops, and equipment.
Owning your own photography studio can have many advantages, including:
- Expansion of your business, and ability to increase prices in reflection of this.
- A more defined work/life balance.
- Space to safely store equipment including photography props and technology.
- A professional space for clients to visit.
- Inspirational office space to design how you want.
Photography can be both a passion and a business. This is the difference between amateur photographers and professional photographers. Photography as a profession refers to a means of income, whereas for amateurs it remains a hobby. Professional photographers may be expected to edit and create photos to a higher standard than amateurs, which may require more or better equipment and space to do this in such as a studio.
Leasing a photography studio does not come with the same commitment as owning a studio. A lease is a much more flexible way of utilising a professional space for photography.
- No long-term commitments.
- Lower maintenance costs.
- Lower investment risk.
- Flexible workspace.
Some of the main features you can expect to see in a photography studio include the studio or workspace area where you take photos, this area will typically feature a plain white backdrop; a dedicated area for editing photos; an area for customers to wait or get changed prior to their photoshoot; and an area for customer and employee parking, preferably onsite.
Modern studio photography requires a range of equipment, including: a camera and tripod; lights and light stands; adjustable lighting kits such as modifiers and reflectors; backdrops; props; and a computer and editing software to edit photos.
A photography studio should be conducive to creativity. To make your photography studio feel more creative, choose a modern space which is open with plenty of natural lighting. Decorate the space with inspiring art pieces and your own photography. Create a lively atmosphere by playing music to help your customers feel more comfortable.

Sympathetic Conversions
Everything we do has been designed to offer maximum flexibility and quality for our tenants. Our buildings have been carefully converted from original farm buildings in a way that embraces the agricultural heritage of the site while still creating a genuinely 21st-century space.
Our converted Dutch Barn, for example, has been finished in cedar cladding, which not only blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings but also creates an eco-friendly, thermally efficient solution. The interior of the building has been finished to the highest possible standards, and facilities such as a WC and kitchen come as standard.
From the point of view of someone looking for photography studios, perhaps the most appealing aspect of our converted Dutch Barn is the presence of a feature glazed wall which enables the interior to be flooded with natural light at the same time as offering stunning elevated views over the surrounding landscape.
In addition to the Dutch Barn, we also offer three converted grain silos, which retain the distinctive architectural outline of the original buildings while offering office spaces on two floors, each of which is large enough for three or four people.
A Flexible Approach
The Dutch Barn itself covers an area of 1220 sq ft and is large enough for 16 people to work in, although it can also be divided into two 610 sq ft spaces for teams of 8. This flexibility runs through everything we do, up to and including the leases we offer.
We understand that many businesses, particularly those which are relative newcomers, may worry about the impact of being tied into long term, expensive leases. For that reason, we offer a range of options, including one-off, short term leases and rolling contracts which can be changed and renewed as your business develops. We also provide traditional renting models, so that the solution for your business can be tailored to exactly suit your requirements, both now and in the future.
If you’re looking for premises that combine stunning visual appeal with practical efficiency and an inspirational location, then look no further than Kinver Point. Call us today to discuss your requirements and the lease we can arrange for you.
